Co-Writing
Co-Writing basically means to write with other people - most often in pairs.
It can be a means for you to push your skills and boundaries of song writing and just maybe – finish that stack of half done songs you have lying around.
You will always meet people who have a different approach to writing and composing. You broaden your song writing, because you are moving your universe from a private sphere to a joint sphere.
The songs you write don’t have to come home with you. You can let them travel and work on their own.
Having written a song with another person doubles the chances of your music being heard. You also become a part of that person’s network and maybe establish an unexpected contact.
There’re various approaches to co-writing, but the most important thing is just to open your mind and have fun with it!
